What To Do If Accused By the Children’s Aid Society? 📄
Forms related to the employer (e.g. requests for leaves, payroll deposit issues) are available on the TDSB website. Since these forms change periodically, we do not repost them here. We also cannot provide direct links because the TDSB staff site is password-protected.
To access them: go to the TDSB website, click Staff, log in, then navigate to TDSB Web > Employee Services.
EI Information
If you’re placed on leave or not working (e.g. summer/winter break), the TDSB submits your Record of Employment (ROE) directly to Service Canada. This document includes your earnings and insurable hours and is used to determine EI eligibility.
OSSTF cannot represent members in EI disputes. Rules for EI can change, and we are not always informed of updates. For all EI matters, including maternity benefits, contact Service Canada directly.
